We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in the daily operations and call on existing and potential new customers for our Battery Distribution warehouse. The successful candidate, will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be willing to take on new challenges. We are looking for someone who is organized, has a solid work ethic, and is willing to grow in the company.
Responsibilities
Able to lift 60+ pounds
Clean drivers abstract
Oversee the sales process from start to finish.
Ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service
Work with other branch managers to ensure the best possible customer experience
Respond quickly to customer inquiries or concerns (e.g. damage reports)
Communicate with customers on a daily basis, ensuring a pleasant experience
Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
Assist in training employees when needed
Provide support to employees when needed (e.g. provide assistance with tasks or answer questions)
Stay up-to-date with new products and services
Job Type: Full time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
