The job entails dishwashing, helping bus tables and prepping ingredients for the line cooks.

You must be/have
Experience with culinary skills and practices
Adequate knife handling skills
Able to lift items that weigh 50lbs
Able to stand for long periods
Understand FIFO, cooking temperatures, flipping and rotations, and food safety
1 year of kitchen experience
