Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, and excavators to assist with site preparation and material movement
Assist in paving activities, ensuring surfaces are smooth, level, and meet project specifications
Perform general construction tasks including digging, framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
Support the installation of infrastructure components like pipes, electrical conduits, or structural elements
Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly storing tools and disposing of debris
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Experience
Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various construction sites is a plus
Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, backhoes, or skid steers is advantageous
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials enhances your ability to contribute effectively
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistently
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions for extended periods
