In this role, you will leverage your expertise in IV therapy, vitamin infusions, IV iron infusions, and phlebotomy to support patient wellness and deliver a high standard of clinical care.The ideal candidate is a Licensed RN or LPN who is confident in administering IV treatments, conducting client assessments, educating patients on treatment plans, and ensuring a safe and positive client experience. Strong communication skills, professionalism,
and attention to detail are essential in this role.This position requires availability Monday through Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & AssessmentReview patient intake and consent formsObtain and document medical history, family history, medications, lifestyle information, and vital signsAssess patient needs, concerns, and treatment goalsAssist in developing individualized treatment plansReview medications, supplements, and additional testing recommendations with patientsRecommend nutrition counselling when appropriateEnsure patients understand the benefits, expectations and potential side effects of IV therapyIV Therapy AdministrationAdminister IV vitamin therapies, IV pushes, IM injections, and IV iron treatmentsPreform phlebotomy and blood collection for private testingMonitor patient vitals and IV progress during treatmentRespond appropriately to adverse reactions and report concerns to management immediatelyAccurately chart all treatments, reactions, and patient interactions in CHRPatient Education & CommunicationEducate patients on healthy lifestyle practices, hydration, nutrition, and supplementationReinforce that IV therapy is not a replacement for proper nutrition and hydrationRespond to patient questions and concerns through CHR, phone calls,
and text communicationBuild long‑term patient relationships through professionalism and exceptional customer serviceAssist with marketing and promotional efforts, including participating in photos, videos, and social media content creation to help promote IV therapy services and clinic growthClinic OperationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the IV treatment roomEnsure supplies are stocked and treatment areas are preparedMix IV formulations ("IV cocktails") according to clinic protocolsEnsure patients are comfortable during treatments by offering blankets, beverages, and snacksSales & Business GrowthEducate patients on recommended wellness services and productsPromote and upsell additional services, including: IV Pushes, IM Injections, Spa servicesSupport clinic growth by increasing IV therapy bookings and patient retentionAll other related reasonable duties and responsibilities.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in positive standing in BCExperience with IV therapy required, preferably with vitamin IVsPhlebotomy experience requiredExperience with IV iron infusions requiredStrong clinical judgment and patient care skillsAbility to work independently and within a fast‑paced clinical environmentExcellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skillsCommitted to ongoing professional development and high‑quality patient careWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive team culture.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
