Drive transformative reconciliation strategies as the Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Manager with Bell. This 12-month contract role focuses on cultural engagement and inclusive community initiatives.
In this managerial role, you will lead Bell's Reconciliation Strategy as part of a diverse team. Your expertise will guide the PAIR certification program, enhancing Indigenous engagement and building authentic relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities. You’ll play a crucial part in implementing initiatives that foster understanding and measurable progress in reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate reconciliation strategy and governance frameworks • Manage PAIR Certification and Indigenous inclusion programs • Design engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals • Coordinate workshops and consultations with community partners • Deliver cultural awareness training across the organization
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field • 5-10 years in Indigenous engagement or reconciliation • Proven relationship-building with Indigenous communities • Solid communication and project coordination skills • Capability to manage complex initiatives effectively
