Wetaskiwin Animal Clinic is looking to add to our team. We are growing and we are looking for the Unicorns, our staff is full of them so we know they are out there!
Do you enjoy working with animals, making a difference in their lives? Do you value their owners and believe that they are an integral partner in animal health? We are looking for a VMA but would consider VMR/VOA and other certifications from reputable post secondary institutions. We are looking for a full time employee that is able to work; early mornings, evening and weekends.



Most shifts are Monday to Friday however animals are important to us everyday and they need our care so we rotate through weekends to share the responsibility.
Our Auxiliary team is incredibly significant to our success and our patient care. You will work in a variety of roles within the clinic and shelter/store with an amazing team to help you learn and grow.
Some responsibilities may include:
animal husbandry/kennel care
cleaning and disinfection
assisting with shelter animals
client education
reception
stocking supplies
animal restraint and handling
assisting with medical procedures and radiographs
