Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Machine Operator oversees the smooth running of the manufacturing process to produce according to the company's quality and quantity requirements.
THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU Drive the manufacturing process, correct defects and ensure productivity.
Perform equipment inspections and cleaning according to procedures.
Adjust equipment to meet specifications.
Verify product quality according to established standards.
Enter production data into computerized management systems.
Perform first-level maintenance tasks.
Ensure proper communication and transition of information between teams.
Suggest measures to improve production activities and occupational health and safety.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR YourEducation : High school diploma.
YourExperience : Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Machine Operator.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in a Team Leader position (An asset).




YourKnowledge and Competencies: Knowledge of machine controls and automation.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance (An asset).
Experience in reporting results, working with the ERP system (An asset).
Knowledge of the French language (An asset).
