We’re a small, tight-knit shop looking for a CWB Welding Supervisor who knows their stuff and takes pride in quality work. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and not afraid to lead from the floor, this could be a positive fit.
Requirements: Journeyman Welder (Red Seal preferred)
Strong knowledge of CWB procedures, codes, and documentation
Ability to supervise, train, and keep welders accountable
Comfortable working in a small shop environment (you’ll wear a few hats)
What You’ll Do: Oversee welding operations and ensure CWB compliance
Maintain and manage WPS, PQRs, and inspection records
Support and guide shop welders to maintain quality standards
Work alongside the team when needed (this isn’t a desk-only role)
