Elevate the presence of MAKR's brands as the Brand & Communications Manager in Kelowna, BC. Lead storytelling and strategy to connect communities through engaging narratives and visual content.

In this full time, on-site role, you will be part of a progressive team at MAKR, overseeing brand stewardship and communication strategies for our three brands: Waterplay, Parkworks, and Wekid Mfg. Your leadership will guide a talented team as you manage campaigns, establish brand voice, and foster collaborative creativity within the marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand strategy and messaging across all MAKR brands
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines and narrative pillars
• Direct content creation, external communications, and public relations




• Oversee social media and multimedia storytelling initiatives
• Mentor and nurture the communications team for growth

Requirements:
• 4–8 years in brand or communications management
• Post-secondary qualification in communications or marketing
• Proven leadership with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Strong creative judgement and problem-solving abilities
