Drive economic growth as the Sectoral Development Advisor based in Mistissini. Manage projects, implement strategies, and support community development across the Eeyou Istchee territory.

This permanent full-time role requires a dedicated skilled with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or a related field. You will analyze development initiatives, recommend policies, and facilitate partnerships while ensuring community needs are met. Strong communication skills and fluency in Cree, English, and preferably French are essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage economic development projects within Eeyou Istchee
• Implement and evaluate community service-related programs
• Research funding opportunities and promote them locally




• Assist organizations and individuals with development plans
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Fluency in Cree and English, French is an asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
