This permanent role at O.E.M. focuses on critical component ordering and coordination tasks. You will manage end-to-end procurement within the Exchange Program, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency. Collaborating closely with suppliers and departments, your efforts will positively impact supply chain management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order components from suppliers and rebuild centers
• Define priorities and monitor rebuild orders
• Create purchase orders aligned with inventory needs




• Expedite emergency orders for timely fulfillment
• Collaborate with various internal teams to solve issues

Requirements:
• 0-2 years of relevant parts or service experience
• Knowledge of Lawson system or MRP is a plus
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with supply chain management processes
