Groupe Dynamite Inc. is looking for an experienced Vice President, IT Operations to steer technology strategies within an expanding retail setting. In this role, you will oversee IT operations for over 300 stores, ensuring robust infrastructure, security, and collaboration with the CTO. Your leadership will drive performance, stability, and a data-driven approach to e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategic IT Operations plan for business growth
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure
• Implement robust incident management for business continuity
• Ensure e-commerce platforms are stable and secure
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• 10+ years in IT operations management
• 5+ years of retail IT management experience
• Strong expertise in e-commerce and POS systems
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms
