Join Vital Bio as a Quality Systems Manager and leverage your medical device expertise to drive compliance and quality initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the Quality Management System while leading process improvements across multiple departments.

As a key quality qualified, you will own and enhance the Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and global standards. Your leadership will be critical in managing audits, CAPA processes, and driving quality initiatives that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the eQMS while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead internal and external quality audits and compliance activities
• Oversee CAPA,



deviation, and nonconformance processes
• Support product development and design control requirements
• Develop quality dashboards for senior leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Experience managing Quality Systems in a medical device context
• Proven track record with eQMS optimization and administration
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations
