Key Responsibilities:
• Lead warehouse staff to meet productivity and service objectives
• Schedule labor resources based on workload requirements
• Conduct shift meetings to relay priorities and performance goals




• Monitor workflow for accurate and timely order processing
• Coach and develop staff through ongoing feedback and training

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or logistics roles
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of operations and shipping processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions
