As a key player in Xanadu's Fabrication Process Engineering team, you will leverage your expertise in photonics fabrication and process integration. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-quality chips and circuits. With a focus on ultra-low loss components, you'll enhance fabrication procedures and ensure alignment with foundry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integration schemes for quantum photonics hardware
• Collaborate on refined fabrication procedures for ultralow loss chips
• Optimize lithography processes and manage tapeout cycles
• Execute focus/exposure matrices for precision control
• Stay updated on photonics fabrication advancements
Requirements:
• MS or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
• 5+ years in semiconductor or integrated photonics foundry
• Familiar with SEM, TEM, and other metrology techniques
• Hands-on experience with advanced 300mm scanners
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
