CHEO is seeking a Manager for its Community Based Mental Health Program to ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing program strategies and corporate objectives while leading a cohesive team. Experience in managing mental health programs, combined with collaboration with various healthcare stakeholders, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mental health services within the community division
• Develop and implement program strategies effectively
• Collaborate with staff and external partners for care integration
• Lead operational and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage human resources and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in nursing or related fields
• Minimum three years of management experience in mental health
• Experience with quality improvement frameworks
• Bilingualism in French and English required
• Valid driver's license for off-site travel
