In this full-time role, you'll spearhead consulting projects, driving advancements in hydrometallurgy. Your expertise will guide clients through strategic studies, operating plant optimization, and more, ensuring practical solutions to their toughest issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support the growth of XPS's consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop testing programs for hydrometallurgical processes
• Lead process development and optimization initiatives
• Conduct studies on throughput and productivity improvements




• Provide troubleshooting and auditing for metallurgical operations
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
• Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years of hydrometallurgical experience
• Proven expertise in process design and optimization
• Consulting and/or plant experience is preferred
• P.Eng. designation is an asset
