Mobile Crane Operator – Aggregate Line of BusinessLine of Business: Aggregates – a division of Heidelberg Materials North America.What You’ll Be DoingOperate mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.Support mechanical and maintenance teams through operation of telehandlers, genie lifts, and rigging activities.Perform pre‑operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe functioning.Interpret load charts, signals, and lift plans to execute precise lifting operations.Communicate effectively with ground crews using standard hand signals and radios.What We’re Looking ForCertificate of qualification (80tonne) and strong demonstrated competency in crane operations.Proven ability to interpret lift plans, load charts, and safety procedures accurately.Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness,



and adherence to regulations and best practices.Effective communication and teamwork skills in dynamic job site environments.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and respond to equipment issues.Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination and background check.
