This role reports to the Manager of Facilities and Maintenance and involves diverse responsibilities. You will perform grounds keeping, operate plant equipment, and maintain building finishes. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct general grounds keeping duties like snow removal and lawn care • Operate tractors, walk-behind equipment, and various vehicles • Repair and maintain interior/exterior finishes and plumbing • Maintain HVAC equipment and small appliances • Perform monthly inspections of safety equipment

Requirements: • One year certificate in a related field • Minimum two years’ experience in large building maintenance • Valid class G driver's license • Familiarity with WHMIS and First Aid/CPR/AED • Carpentry, plumbing, welding, and troubleshooting skills
