Overview
The Production Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for driving their own production at/above contest level while executing the vision, purpose, and strategy for Financial Services delivery. The intent of the role is to create a consistent, high-performing delivery model that connects market demand, talent strategy, recruiter execution, and business growth. This role leads through influence, accountability, and operational discipline while overseeing a team of Team Leads, Specialized Leads, and Senior Recruiters aligned to support all Financial Services business in the GTA.
The purpose of the PDM is to ensure the delivery organization is aligned, focused, and equipped to meet current and future business needs. This includes creating clarity around priorities, reinforcing expectations, and holding the leadership team accountable for delivering on company values and initiatives including Specialization, Inclusion and Diversity, Technology Adoption, Delivery Pipeline, and collaboration with other Talent Delivery teams.
The PDM oversees the talent strategy for Core Applications, Digital & Creative, and Risk & Security business in the market with the intent of ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right opportunities at the right time. This includes identifying talent needs, aligning talent allocation to market and organizational goals, strengthening delivery capability, and growing and developing the delivery team’s Team Leads, Specialized Leads, and other recruiters.
The PDM is responsible for creating operational visibility and driving execution through the analysis of complex reporting, such as Quarterly Operating Plans, Annual Operating Plans, Activity Tracking, Pipeline Reports, and other performance indicators. The intent is to translate data into action, identify risks and opportunities early, remove obstacles for the field, and serve as the key connector between the center, field offices, and other Talent Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Allocates talent based on market demand, delivery gaps and growth opportunity within 4 skillsets across the market
Build and maintain partnerships as the key connector between sales and talent delivery
Partner with the leads and the Onboarding Lead to promote a consistent and strong New Recruiter Onboarding experience,
and hold everyone accountable to the training standards set forth
Provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of Team Leads, Spec Leads and Recruiters, and foster an environment that encourages reinforcing and developmental feedback
Promote ongoing learning within the Delivery Team
Drive company values and initiatives
Partner with the Director and Team leads to set goals to drive business success
Build strong relationships and maintain trust with individuals both within and outside of the talent delivery team
Challenges teamto think strategically and hold teamaccountable to ensure success in their role
Manage the operational success through analysis of complex reporting
Review data in all platforms, reporting, and DRZ to gauge performance
Identify and develop talent in the team in conjunction with the Delivery Director.
Attend panel interviews, conduct initial screenings and assess candidates to assist in selection of Team Leads and Spec Leads
Assess potential attrition risks and devise hiring plans accordingly to maximize spread growth in the team
Identify strategic business opportunities to propel growth
Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in liberal arts, business or related area preferred; combination of high school diploma/GED and equivalent experience in lieu of a degree, at a minimum.
Currently in a Team Lead of Recruiting or Producing Delivery Manager of Recruiting Role
Ability to collaborate virtually across functions, workgroups, leadership and teams on a continuous basis, and can build a strong rapport with various roles throughout the organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence in situations without having direct oversight, and is adept at exercising diplomacy and tact
Exhibits executive presence and strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Solid analytical and independent problem-solving skills
Is resourceful, agile, and able to navigate through a highly matrixed work environment to achieve optimal business outcomes; can pivot when changing business priorities or competing interests/initiatives warrant
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Able to build and foster an inclusive culture through empowerment, ownership and accountability
Open to receiving and providing developmental feedback, and is passionate about developing self and others
Remains current in technology, industry and recruiting trends.
Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as Connected, MS Teams, and LinkedIn, as well proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, etc.)

Special Requirements:
Up to 25% travel may be necessary
Salary: Recruiting base salary +$20k Bonus potential: 20K
This is a one-year contract role to backfill a maternity leave.
