Lead transformative IT projects for the Government of Alberta as a Senior IT Project Manager. Manage technology modernization and system migrations primarily in a remote setup with limited onsite needs.

This role focuses on high-priority initiatives within the Ministry of Technology and Innovation, requiring expertise in platform modernization, cybersecurity, and project governance. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects that include application migrations and regulatory technology. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct projects from initiation through closure
• Develop project plans, charters, and governance frameworks

• Manage project risks, budgets, and schedules

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Management and 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, ADX Studio, and Power Apps
• Extensive experience in custom software project management
• Robust skills in budget management and stakeholder engagement
• Prior public sector project experience is a plus
