As Plant Manager, you'll steer project North PES from start-up through ramp. Overseeing the full operations, you will manage a cohesive team while upholding high standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Your success will hinge on your technical credibility and ability to leverage automation for processing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety, order, and efficiency across the plant
• Enforce management systems and continuous improvement practices
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation




• Lead cross-functional teams on key customer programs
• Develop and coach a high-performing management team

Requirements:
• Proven plant management experience in die casting or automotive
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, and lean methods
• Demonstrated P&L; and KPI ownership
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
