Job Summary

Telze is hiring a Cellphone Repair Technician / Sales Associate to diagnose and repair mobile devices while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities
Repair smartphones, tablets (screens, batteries, software issues)
Assist customers with device, accessory, and service recommendations
Meet sales targets and provide outstanding service
Explain repairs and update customers on progress
Maintain organized workspace and repair records

Requirements
Experience in phone repair or retail sales (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Customer-focused with strong communication skills




Sales-driven and team-oriented
