Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash needs in a lively, qualified manner
Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver quality results
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and window cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and surrounding spaces, to ensure safety and efficiency
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash register operations or payment processing accurately when applicable
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment comfortably
