THIS IS AN ONSITE POSTION

Duties
Maintain accurate financial records using popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, booker and expenses
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support budgeting and financial decision-making
Manage payroll processing tasks accurately and on schedule
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity




Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare necessary documentation for audits

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooksessential
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a part time schedule
Familiarity with budgeting processes and account analysis is a plus
