Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to accurately assess repair needs and costs
Prepare detailed, transparent repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and costs to enhance their experience
Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or parts that advantage the customer and the shop
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately
Maintain comprehensive records of estimates,



repairs, and customer interactions for accountability and follow-up

Requirements
Proven dealership experience in estimating or bodyshop operations
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive repair background
Strong understanding of automotive systems, damage assessment, and repair procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity and customer trust
Experience in sales, cash handling, and managing financial transactions accurately
Knowledge of automotive estimating software and industry standards is preferred
