Tea Bay Sweet is a locally owned bubble tea and dessert shop in Thunder Bay. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bubble Tea Shop Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare bubble tea, fruit tea, and other drinks according to our recipes
Take customer orders and process payments
Provide friendly and qualified customer service
Prepare ingredients, toppings, and other food items
Keep the counter, kitchen, and customer areas clean and organized
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Restock supplies and help with daily shop operations
Work as part of a team during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous bubble tea, restaurant, café, or customer service experience is an asset
Bubble tea experience is preferred, but training will be provided
Food Handler Certificate is an asset
Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
