We are looking for a cold storage coordinator for a Full time opportunity in Stratford. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager. The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating traffic flow to ensure the distribution schedule is executed while supporting customer service requirements.

Status/Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week, Day Shift - Monday-Friday, Overtime as required
Responsibilities:
· Offloading & Re-loading of customer product in a safe, and timely manner
· Communication within our Pinnacle Team, along with our customers via email and or phone
· Take and record temperatures during various steps of shipping & Receiving
· Ensure shipments are received and shipped correctly as manifests state
· Confirm the condition of goods being received/shipped
· Perform proper and safe movement of material to and from staging and holding areas
· Complete CFIA Paperwork as required
· Bill of Lading creation
· Pick and Pack orders for shipments
Qualifications:
· Grade 12 diploma preferred
· Experience with CFIA/HACCP is an asset
· Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System regulations
· Previous forklift experience an asset
· Ability to lift up to 25kg
