Superhuman Health Club is Barrie’s premier health optimization centre, specializing in performance, recovery, and longevity. We use advanced, science-backed technologies and personalized protocols — including red light therapy, PEMF, oxygen therapies (EWOT), IV nutrient therapy, vitamin shots, blood testing, DNA analysis, and performance coaching — to help our members operate at their highest level.

We are a results-driven, technology-forward wellness facility built for people serious about upgrading their health.

Responsibilities

As a Client Services Specialist, you are the face of the club and a key part of each client’s experience.

This role blends hospitality, client education, and hands-on support with our wellness technology. You will play a direct role in helping clients understand why they’re using each modality and how it supports their health goals.
Welcome members and guests with professionalism and energy
Guide current clients through onboarding and facility tours
Explain the benefits of each service in clear, confident language
Assist clients in getting properly set up on equipment
Ensure equipment is prepared, sanitized, and ready for use
Monitor sessions to ensure comfort and safety




Support membership upgrades and package sales
Maintain an organized, clean, high-performance setting
Provide exceptional hospitality in person and by phone/email
Educate prospective clients on services (IV therapy, recovery tech, DNA testing, blood analysis, training options)
Schedule appointments and coordinate tours
Support clients with membership questions and service requirements
Maintain organized client records and booking software
Help uphold a welcoming, informative, and professional environment

We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
Confident communicating with clients in person, on calls, and via email
Comfortable explaining technology-based wellness services
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Friendly with excellent listening skills
Professional and positive in attitude
Previous customer service or wellness industry experience is a bonus

*Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
