Responsibilities Include
Program and set up machines to meet job requirements
Ensure that brake presses are properly set up and make any on the fly alterations to programs to ensure the completed product is correct
Ensure Brake Press and Program are set properly prior to shift change in order to ensure proper work flow carry over
Demonstrate math skills to ensure items are designed and built up to standard
Ability to identify and change brake press tools
Insert material into machines manually
Interpret and understand fabrication drawings




Basic knowledge of using Digital Height Gauges, and Digital Vernier’s
Must be able to read and understand both Imperial and Metric drawings
Understanding of Amada brake machines/ability and operation

Qualification
Minimum 3 years experience operating a CNC Brake Press
Experience with Amada Brake Press operations
Work effectively as a team and individually
Solid understanding of Aluminum, Cold Roll Steel, Galvanized Steel etc.
Ability to meet deadlines, Overtime may be required/Weekends may be required
Understanding of Imperial/Metric Dimensions and the ability to ensure high accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
