In this full-time role, you will oversee strategic projects to enhance Irving Shipbuilding's HSE practices. With an educational background in Engineering or Business Administration and 5-7 years of related project management experience, you will apply risk-based thinking and change management methodologies to deliver outcomes. This position requires strong communication skills and an independent work ethic to ensure project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities within the Safety Management Framework
• Develop initiatives based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback
• Plan and execute strategic HSE projects effectively
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks diligently
• Prepare and maintain critical project documents
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive project management experience
• Solid knowledge of project management principles
• Familiarity with change management practices
• Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership
