We are seeking a Mining Technology Project Manager to lead complex business initiatives that improve operational performance, and drive sustainable change across the mining business. In this role, you will manage high-impact projects from concept through implementation, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify challenges, uncover root causes, and deliver practical solutions that achieve measurable results. Job Description: Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Facilitate collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of improvements.
Establish performance metrics and measure project success against business objectives.
Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management,
or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and project risk.
Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management certification.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
Experience within industrial, mining, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or service environments.
