As a Principal Biostatistician, you will lead statistical leadership across clinical trials, consulting with clients on study design and regulatory strategies. Your expertise in Bayesian adaptive study designs and survival analysis will be pivotal as you mentor fellow statisticians and oversee multiple complex programs throughout their phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on clinical trial study designs and regulatory strategies
• Author and review complex statistical analysis plans
• Review and verify sample size calculations for accuracy




• Generate randomization schedules and verify statistical outputs
• Provide bespoke analysis for Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs)

Requirements:
• Master's or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics
• 7-12 years experience in statistical analysis and regulatory submissions
• Broad experience in clinical study design and methodologies
• Proficiency in SAS
• Sound knowledge of ICH and FDA guidelines
