As the AVP of Compliance Technology and Innovation, you will provide strategic leadership for Compliance transformation, operational risk management, and technology enablement. Your focus will be on executing the Compliance Technology Roadmap and partnering with key stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement across the organization.

• Lead operational risk management and governance initiatives

Requirements:
• Leadership experience in Compliance or Risk Management
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Expertise in technology, analytics, and automation
• Proven change management and transformation skills
• University degree in a relevant field
