Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Analyst, Trading Systems Management (5+ years) to support and enhance trading and order management systems using Bloomberg AIM, Bloomberg PORT, and ThinkFolio

Join a high-impact role supporting trading systems, data analysis, and business engagement within an investment management environment. This position focuses on enhancing trading and order management platforms, improving data quality, and supporting reporting and analytical capabilities across front, middle, and back office functions. The role offers exposure to industry trading platforms and visibility across technology and operational stakeholders. Candidates will contribute to system and process improvement initiatives that support trading workflows and operational performance.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 day a week

Must Haves

3-5+ years supporting trading systems , portfolio management systems , or investment management platforms

Hands-on experience with Bloomberg AIM , Bloomberg PORT , ThinkFolio, or comparable OMS platforms

Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI

Solid understanding of front-office investment workflows , trade lifecycle processes, and portfolio management operations

Experience working with financial data , portfolios, or trading environments

Nice to Have

Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, APIs, or automation tools

Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting solutions

Knowledge of asset management, portfolio analytics, investment operations, or capital markets





Experience working with vendors supporting trading and investment management platforms

Experience in Agile, Jira, or project delivery environments

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance trading and order management systems across multiple asset classes

Support front, middle, and back office users by troubleshooting system-related issues

Gather and translate business needs into system improvements, workflows, and data requirements

Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis across multiple systems

Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical outputs

Monitor system data flows and resolve discrepancies with technology teams and operations partners

Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementation, and post-launch validation
