At Amgen, you'll play a pivotal role in our Predictive Biology team, utilizing your expertise in iPSC differentiation and cell biology. This position emphasizes robust model development for target discovery and translational research. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows and ensuring reproducibility, contributing to impactful efforts in biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize iPSC differentiation protocols for relevant cell types
• Establish scalable workflows to enhance experimental reproducibility
• Implement quality control strategies for cell identity and function
• Troubleshoot technical variability and differentiation efficiency
• Create complex human model systems, including co-cultures and 3D models
Requirements:
• PhD with 2+ years experience, MSc with 5+, or BSc with 8+
• Hands-on expertise in human iPSC culture and differentiation
• Experience with complex human cell models and genome editing
• Solid understanding of quality control in stem cell biology
• Proven ability to develop scalable, reproducible workflows
