Lead the order management cycle at Stage Windows & Doors as a Senior Manager. This strategic role focuses on optimizing processes and ensuring client satisfaction in a quick-paced setting.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will spearhead the Order Desk team, providing direction to the Order Desk Manager and Customer Service Representatives. Your expertise in window and door manufacturing will help streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences. Collaboration with Production, Finance, and Sales will be key to resolving issues and managing complex orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire Order Desk operation and team
• Serve as escalation point for complex orders and issues
• Optimize the full order cycle for efficiency




• Develop and enforce SOPs and KPIs for standardization
• Mentor staff on order protocols and client interactions

Requirements:
• 7+ years in order management within window/door manufacturing
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing teams
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal relations
• Proficiency in FeneVision and ERP systems
• Post-secondary education in Business or Operations
