Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as trusted financial partner across departments
• Own Americas CAPEX planning and budgeting processes
• Lead cash flow forecasting and financial model enhancement
• Produce executive-level reporting and analysis
• Drive process improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 10+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in budgeting tools like Hyperion PBCS
