Country Ford Wilkie is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician with Ford experience, training, or certification to join our team.

Located about two hours west of Saskatoon, Wilkie offers affordable living, short commutes, and a strong sense of community — while giving you the opportunity to build your career with the Ford brand and the FFUN Group.

You don’t need to already be a Ford Master Technician to apply. If you have a valid Ford STARS ID, Ford-specific training, Ford certifications, or previous Ford dealership experience, we want to hear from you. Ford Master Technician certification is a strong asset, but we’re open to experienced technicians who want to continue developing their Ford expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing, repairing,



and servicing Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards

Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns

Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information

Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs

Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations

Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required

Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes

Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed

Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience

A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There. For the Rest, We’re Looking For:

Ford dealership technician experience, including Ford training or certifications. Master Technician certification is considered a strong asset.

Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred

Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience

Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes

Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills

Ability to provide your own tools

Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence

Dedication to customer service and doing the job right

Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset

Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence required upon employment

Relocation Package: We’ll support your move to Wilkie, SK up to $5,000 making the transition as smooth as possible.
