As a key member of the Project Operations Department, you will ensure that engineering objectives are met in alignment with TGI’s best practices. You will leverage your skills in process analysis and data optimization to deliver field support and engage with Sales on project requirements. By fostering robust internal and external relationships, your role is vital in maintaining the quality and efficiency of project execution both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed process and data analysis for optimization
• Provide field support and engineering deliverables
• Manage project budgets, timeframes,



and stakeholder communication
• Conduct customer kick-off meetings to establish project goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in process control engineering
• Knowledge of aluminum or steel industries preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel internationally
