Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, following recipes
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
Uphold food safety standards in food preparation and storage
Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
Open and close cafe efficiently

Requirements:
MUST be available Saturdays and Sundays
Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred




Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to prepare various coffee beverages with precision
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
