Chillax Social is looking for experienced barista/server to join us at our Burlington location!

Training will be provided.

Compensation: Base rate + Tips

Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer qualified, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
Greet customers, answer menu questions etc.
Craft espresso based drinks and other menu drinks
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow all policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Schedule Mornings, Weekends, Holidays
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:




Previous related experience required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
