Summary
We are seeking a Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team in Redcliff. This role is essential for transporting our products efficiently and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence in the woodworking industry.
Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 trucks to transport pallets and crates between locations safely and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks when necessary.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
Comply with transportation laws and company policies.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading schedules.
Assist with other logistical tasks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications
Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in commercial driving within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations in Canada.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs is a plus.
Positive communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to load, unload, and handle cargo as required.
