Your ability to build meaningful relationships with both clients and their families will be key in delivering top-notch care. Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized care plans for pediatric clients




Assist clients with daily living activities and self-care
Document client assessments and changes efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
Provide round-the-clock support including palliative care as needed Requirements:
Current RN or RPN registration in Ontario
CPR certification a must
Background in pediatric nursing preferred
Solid clinical judgment and communication abilities
