Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
Upsell retail products such as hair care, styling tools, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance and loyalty




Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hair styling to continually elevate your craft

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a solid portfolio of diverse haircuts and styles ,Beard shaping and razor shaving.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization methods, and safety standards in a salon setting
Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide clear advice
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a positive client experience
Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not required
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
