Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Barback, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional experience for every guest. As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you’ll ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, enabling smooth operations and lively atmospheres. Responsibilities
Restock bar supplies including spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the bar fully equipped for service
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces regularly
Assist bartenders with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks when needed
Support the serving staff by delivering beverages and supplies promptly to ensure productive service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management for timely replenishment
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages at all times




Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere by supporting guest services and ensuring the bar area is inviting and organized

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Basic understanding of POS (Point of Sale) systems or cash handling experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
Experience with kitchen tasks such as food preparation or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory
Availability to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends; hotel or barista experience can be beneficial
