City Centre Animal Hospital is on the lookout for a skilled Registered Veterinary Technician ready to provide high-quality veterinary care. This position offers both full time and part time schedules. With at least 2 years of experience, the right RVT will assist in surgical and therapeutic procedures while using advanced veterinary techniques.
Your role will include effectively managing patient care, conducting diagnostic tests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hematology and clinical diagnostics accurately
Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
Assist in surgery while adhering to aseptic protocols
Monitor anesthesia according to regulations
Maintain accurate veterinary records at all times Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as an RVT preferred
Competence in placing IV catheters and medication administration
Strong skills in venipuncture and vital signs monitoring
Knowledgeable about dental procedures and veterinary standards
