Responsibilities
Deliver professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and style requests
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a protected environment
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
Upsell additional grooming products or services that enhance the client experience and meet their individual needs




Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations
Promote retail sales by educating clients on available grooming products and accessories

Skills
Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster repeat business
Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming including fades, tapers, beard trimming, and shaves
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic workspace at all times
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and team members
Experience with retail sales to effectively recommend products that suit client needs
Organizational skills for managing appointments efficiently and maintaining a clean front desk area

Pay: $18.25-$40.26 per hour
