Bartender: Part-Time

Craigleith Ski Club – The Blue Mountains, Ontario

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026/2027 winter season. This is a seasonal position with shifts primarily on Friday and Saturday, both days and evenings, supporting private events, après-ski functions, and Club gatherings. Additional shifts can be available as demanded by events and operational needs.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll provide exceptional service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while representing the warm and welcoming culture that defines Craigleith. You’ll prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, engage with members and guests in a professional manner, and work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service during events.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout service
Deliver friendly, attentive service and anticipate guest needs
Follow responsible alcohol service and safety protocols at all times
Support setup, execution, and teardown for Club events and functions




Collaborate closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skilled, polished, and guest-focused demeanour
Smart Serve certification (required)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Available Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility for other event shifts as needed

Position Details
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Schedule: Primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with additional shifts during peak events or holidays
Term: Winter 2026/2027 Season – employment ending on or about march 28, 2027, based on weather and Club operations
