Integrated

Asset and facilities management

- Operation and maintenance of buildings and equipment (including district heating and cooling)
- Energy efficiency solutions and execution of decarbonization roadmaps
- Building automation and systems
- Solutions for transportation and mobility. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Operate power tools, pipe threaders, hand tools etc
- Clean,



lubricate and perform routine maintenance
- Apply mechanical repair principles and procedures
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs
- Building systems maintenance
- Monitor subcontractor work
- Follow safety and company policies
- Five (5) years of experience in an industrial workplace
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Planning and organizing skills
- French language considered an asset
